Residential House Cleaner

Job Summary
Lauderdale Clean Co is hiring experienced residential cleaners for homes throughout Fort Lauderdale and surrounding Broward County areas.
Cleaners are paid per completed job. Earnings vary based on the job rate, home size, service type, and completion time. This is not a guaranteed hourly wage.
Responsibilities
- Complete recurring, deep, move-in, and move-out cleanings
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash
- Follow the cleaning checklist provided for each job
- Take before-and-after photos when required
- Report damages, access issues, or client concerns
- Communicate professionally with clients and management
- Arrive on time and complete assigned work to company standards
Requirements
- Previous residential cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Smartphone with internet access
- Ability to travel throughout the Fort Lauderdale service area
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and professional communication
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
Schedule
- Daytime and weekday availability preferred
- Weekend work may be available
- Job availability varies by customer demand
- Cleaners may accept available assignments based on their availability
Compensation
- Paid per completed cleaning
- Estimated earnings of $30–$40 per active cleaning hour
- Pay depends on the assigned job rate and completion time
- Customer tips may be available but are not guaranteed
- Payment issued after the completed job is reviewed and approved
