About The Role
As a Senior Mobile Engineer on the Facilities team, you will play a key role in developing the core systems and applications that power Veho’s Ground Operations. Your work will focus on building user-friendly, efficient, and high-performing applications that enhance the experience for stakeholders across the business. You will drive the architecture and development of critical initiatives, including: Warehouse Management System (WMS), Facility Command Center (FCC), Facilities Mobile App (FMA) with Directed Workflows. Your impact will be direct and tangible, shaping the tools and features used daily by Ground Ops Associates, Supervisors, and Operations Managers.
Responsibilities Include
$150,000-$170,000 annually

Responsibilities Include
- Architecting, building, testing, and deploying full-stack mobile applications, APIs, and features for our operations user base
- Modifying designs and specifications of complex applications
- Collaborating and adding value through participation in peer code reviews, providing comments and suggestions
- Working with technical and non-technical end-users, other engineers, and product managers in a cross-functional, quick-moving, and collaborative environment
- Analyzing code, requirements, system risks, and software reliability and providing recommendations on how to leverage our technology more efficiently
- Working with Product and Design to confirm requirements, prioritization, and development of new features
- Has 4 years of experience building, testing, and deploying mobile applications in high-traffic production environments
- Deep experience with React Native and Android
- Experience in full-stack software development (ideally with Typescript, Node.js, and React)
- Experience developing custom React Native modules
- Experience integrating with 3rd party hardware and SDKs
- Experience in the Supply Chain domain is preferred, with a strong preference for experience with building software for Warehouse users
- Enjoys taking initiative, is a self-starter, is willing to move fast and ship quickly, and is excited about collaborating on big challenges
- Enthusiastic about working closely with product and operations team members to develop creative solutions to never-before-solved problems in a brand-new problem space
- Tech Stack: AWS, Typescript, Node.js, React, React Native
