We are looking for consultative sales experts adept at presenting value-driven solutions through a defined and proven sales process. You are skilled at driving leads through external prospecting in the dealerships and on the phone, and following up to conclusion.

About This Role
As a Business Development Rep on our direct sales team, you will use your rolodex and our lead generation process to identify, contact, and close prospective clients that exhibit a strong fit. We are looking for consultative sales experts adept at presenting value-driven solutions through a defined and proven sales process. You are skilled at driving leads through external prospecting in the dealerships and on the phone, and following up to conclusion.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage dealerships to build rapport and generate 20 opportunities monthly, both in person and through prospecting cadences.
- Proactively schedule meetings, demos, and reminders, utilizing best practices in ensuring attendance and participation with strong emphasis on preparation and game-planning.
- Qualify the business goals of prospective clients to determine if our solution is a long-term strategic fit for revenue growth and efficiency.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers to gain referral business and expansion/up-sell opportunities.
- Actively participate in best practice sharing, peer-to-peer coaching, documenting successful processes, and working well in a competitive but friendly environment.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need:
- Must currently reside in/around the Tulsa metro market.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience required, previous software selling to dealerships a huge plus but not required.
- Ability to learn and navigate CRM and Computer is necessary.
- Ability to learn a trusted sales process emphasizing consultative pain identification and value-oriented solution demonstration, as well as proper true decision maker
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, meeting deadlines, and documenting your progress throughout the buyer journey
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate, negotiate, and follow-up efficiently with individuals at all levels

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
This role may be performed in a remote, hybrid, or office-based environment depending on business needs.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment (e.g., keyboard, mouse, headset)
- Ability to view and interpret information on a computer screen for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and written communication
