Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & 3PL Operations Coordinator to manage our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse relationships. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence in outbound shipments, inventory control, and warehouse coordination. You will act as the bridge between our internal teams and our external warehouse partners to ensure on-time delivery, shipment accuracy, and real-time system updates.
Key Responsibilities:
· 3PL Oversight: Manage day-to-day communications with third-party warehouses to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
· Shipment Execution: Systematically book out shipments using ERP/WMS systems; confirm tracking and delivery timelines.
· Inventory Accuracy: Monitor and reconcile inventory levels between internal systems and 3PL reports; coordinate cycle counts and root-cause analysis for discrepancies.
· Bin Location Management: Generate and maintain bin location data within warehouse systems to ensure proper product organization and picking efficiency.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory variance; escalate issues as needed.
· Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in 3PL operations and collaborate on solutions to improve accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
· Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory adjustments, and warehouse audits.
Work Environment:
· This position is required to be onsite in a warehouse environment with forklifts, pallet jacks, etc… The individual may be required to lift 40 pounds and work on their feet for up to 8 hours per shift.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain (preferably with 3PL oversight)
- Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, ShipHero, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the aftermarket automotive parts industry.
- Familiarity with Business Central – Dynamic 365
- Experience with inventory management systems or WMS platforms.

Compensation starts at $50,000 / year based on experience.
