Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team! Duties

  • Engage in proactive online sales efforts by identifying potential clients through lead generation.
  • Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly sales targets.
  • Leverage social media as a core tool for success by actively and consistently posting engaging content on platforms including X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to build your personal brand, attract leads, and drive sales opportunities
  • Meet daily activity requirements, including:
  • Making 30 outbound phone calls per day.
  • Sending targeted texts and follow-up messages.
  • Crafting and sending personalized emails.
  • Conduct compelling product demos and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that foster long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consumer sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, email, and social media).
  • Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and relationship management to build trust and loyalty.
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead generation, pipeline management, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, cold calling, and engaging diverse clients.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple opportunities effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for building an online presence and using social media strategically to generate leads and close deals.
  • Reliable, coachable, and eager to earn based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,631.31 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience:
