We are seeking a versatile Facilities Support Associate to join our vibrant team and help us spread the joy of gardening! If you have a true "can-do and happy-to" spirit, love a variety of tasks and enjoy being the go-to person who saves the day, this is the role for you!

• Perform general repairs and housekeeping projects at the Farmhouse and Tomball offices.
• Assist with special projects and company events as directed.
• Respond to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as responding to spills and disposing of trash, ensuring all areas are tidy and functional.
• Take pride in the physical appearance, facilities and grounds of the properties.
• Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of the property through regular maintenance tasks.
• Repair and maintain miscellaneous company-supplied equipment, materials, and tools.
• Reconfigure, install, position, and build office and garden equipment.
• Comply with Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

• 1 year of related work experience.
• Experience using hand and electric tools.
• Positive attitude with a service-oriented approach to supporting employees and company needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Able to read, understand and follow checklists and directions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle to travel between locations.

This position requires physical dexterity with the ability to stand and bend for long periods of time with occasional squat, stoop, and turn at waist in both an outdoor and warehouse environment. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs. unassisted. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• This is a full-time, on-site position based out of our two locations listed below, this position will work at both locations on various days of the week. 
• Headquarters location: 13808 Boudreaux Road, Bldg. #2, Tomball, TX.
• Farmhouse location: 22503 Lain Road, Spring, TX.
• Monday through Friday.
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Lunch break 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.

• Pay rate starting at $17 per hour.
• Flexible Paid Time Off.
• 12 PTO days per year, accrued bi-weekly, with incremental increases annually.
• 7 paid Holidays.
