About The Role
We are seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to lead the hiring strategy and execution across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other Go-to-Market teams. This is an opportunity to shape how a category-defining, AI-native company builds its revenue engine during a period of exceptional growth.
You’ll lead hiring across our Go-to-Market teams, partnering closely with our founder and hiring managers on the hires that will shape Vega’s next stage of growth. We have the tools and early frameworks in place. What we need is someone who can take that foundation and build the systems, playbooks, and hiring bar that will scale with us.

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to lead the hiring strategy and execution across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other Go-to-Market teams. This is an opportunity to shape how a category-defining, AI-native company builds its revenue engine during a period of exceptional growth.
You’ll lead hiring across our Go-to-Market teams, partnering closely with our founder and hiring managers on the hires that will shape Vega’s next stage of growth. We have the tools and early frameworks in place. What we need is someone who can take that foundation and build the systems, playbooks, and hiring bar that will scale with us.
What You'll Do
- Run full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and other GTM teams: intake, sourcing, screening, closing, and everything in between.
- Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like, calibrate on candidates, and keep every search moving.
- Build and maintain high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referral cultivation, and market mapping.
- Manage competing priorities across multiple open requisitions while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience and meeting aggressive hiring timelines.
- Drive process improvement and operational excellence — identifying bottlenecks, implementing scalable workflows, and tracking recruiting metrics (e.g., pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates, acceptance rates) to inform decisions.
- Help build the systems, processes, and recruiting infrastructure that will scale with our GTM organization
- Make every candidate interaction count — from first conversation through offer — and leave candidates excited about Vega and the opportunity to grow with us.
- Bring the Vega story to life for candidates and help us stand out in a competitive talent market.
- 4 years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience in fast-scaling SaaS or tech companies, with a strong track record hiring commercial and GTM talent.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior hiring managers, influence decisions with data, and manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- You build, not just execute. You’ve created or meaningfully improved recruiting processes, tools, and programs and know how to make them scale.
- Proactive sourcing expertise. You know how to identify and engage high-caliber talent beyond the inbound applicant pool and referrals.
- A modern approach to recruiting. You’re curious about new technology and look for practical ways to use AI to improve how you source, assess, and engage talent.
- Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities. Experience as an early recruiting hire is a plus.
