Job Description
- Lead design, development, modernization, and enhancement of enterprise banking applications.
- Develop .NET/C#, React JS, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions.
- Work with Product Owners, BAs, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum.
- Participate in solution design, estimation, sprint planning, releases, and code reviews.
- Optimize application performance and resolve production issues.
- Mentor development teams and drive engineering best practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps automation, and AI-assisted development.
- Ensure compliance with banking security, audit, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills
- 7 years of enterprise software development.
- Strong .NET, C#, React JS, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Kafka and Flowable BPM preferred.
- AI Prompt Engineering / AI-assisted software development.
- Agile/Scrum leadership experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Banking/Financial Services experience preferred.
