Hiring! Senior Ai/ Python Engineer for our Direct Client. Seeking qualified candidates that are located in the DMV area.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 10 years overall IT/business intelligence/data analytics experience (8 years alone is NOT enough for this lead-level role).
  • Minimum 3 years specifically in AI/Python development
  • Python/AI engineering (chatbot development, backend AI utilization, AI-powered search)
  • Business Intelligence & reporting (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Product analytics building dashboards to track product/feature performance
  • AWS Cloud experience preferred
  • Agentic AI experience is a plus
  • General AI/data engineering background
  • Healthcare domain experience is NOT required (a plus if all else equal, but not a filter
  • Prefers candidates with a data/BI background who moved into Python/AI (over pure developers)
  • Must be collaborative and cross-functional will work with product owners, business analysts, data teams
