What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding warranty issues, service requests, and general inquiries for their home.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person meetings in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and schedule warranty service appointments with technicians and trade partners.
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions, service requests and resolutions.
- Educate homeowners on warranty coverage, maintenance responsibilities, and company policies.
- Follow up with homeowners to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Report any inventory home or homeowner discrepancies that need follow up to the warranty manager.
- Provide an excellent customer experience and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the home building, construction, or real estate industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
