Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Vice President of Marketing to join our team on-site in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand recognition. Responsibilities include overseeing market research and planning, managing marketing campaigns, strategic branding initiatives, and public relations efforts. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, budget management, and performance monitoring to ensure marketing effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.

- Proven experience in Marketing Management and developing comprehensive marketing initiatives
- Strong skills in Public Relations and external communications
- Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing plans to boost brand positioning and organizational success
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within a leadership solutions or consulting environment
