- Maintain platform consistency, compliance, and integrity across all users.
- Oversee the central operational issue tracker related to compliance and data integrity, ensuring all issues are properly logged, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine data and process audits to validate ADOM data accuracy and enforce policy adherence.
- Manage and update critical internal communication materials on a regular basis to support weekly briefings and stakeholder sessions.
- Proactively identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks.
- Recommend and support automation, tooling improvements, and process optimization opportunities.
- Lead initiatives that enhance overall operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
