- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in land surveying and is a professional land surveyor.
- 5 years of related experience (field and office, including a strong proficiency in land surveying standards and procedures)
- Project Management Experience is required
- PLS with PA license is required
- Ability to manage self and others, and surveying Projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Applicant should be able to develop into managing the survey department
- Must have high-level verbal and written communication skills
- 100% in-office work
