Job Title: QA Automation Tester Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid) Experience:
- 8 years of total QA experience with a strong focus on functional Automation testing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Leading QA activities including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Proven experience in Functional Test Automation, with a focus on designing robust test strategies and frameworks.
- Exposure to test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA, Octane or similar.
- Strong QA automation experience (using tools like Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber framework.)
- Understanding of self-healing test automation techniques.)
- Test Planning & Strategy
- Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis
- Agile Testing Methodology
- Automation Frameworks: Selenium, TestNG, or similar
- Basic understanding of AI-driven quality assurance approaches.
- Methodical and systematic approach to testing.
- Experience with REST API automation tools such as Rest or Postman.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Test Management Tools: JIRA, TestRail, Octane.
- Version Control: Git, Bitbucket
- CI/CD Integration: Jenkins, AWS DevOps (basic understanding preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
