- Lead all day to day manufacturing operations across casting and machining departments
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput
- Ensure compliance with aerospace and customer quality standards including AS9100 and NADCAP requirements
- Oversee production planning, operational budgets, labor utilization, and cost reduction initiatives
- Manage and mentor operations managers, supervisors, and production leadership teams
- Maintain safe manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with environmental and workplace safety regulations
- Partner with supply chain teams and suppliers to ensure raw material availability and inventory optimization
- Support customer satisfaction through on time delivery, quality assurance, and operational responsiveness
- Review engineering drawings and blueprints to support production accuracy and manufacturing execution
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational performance with company growth objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field
- 10 years of operations leadership experience within manufacturing environments
- Strong experience with aluminum casting processes including investment casting and/or solid mold casting
- Expertise with aerospace manufacturing standards including AS9100, NADCAP, AMS, and ASTM compliance
- Proven leadership experience managing machine shop operations, continuous improvement initiatives, budgeting, and cross functional manufacturing teams
- Experience within aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of machining methods and precision manufacturing processes
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience leading multi department manufacturing operations
- Strong financial acumen related to budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
