Role: Manager - II_Data Governance

Experience: - Min  8-12_ Years

Location: - USA Remote

Responsibilities: -

· Attending data mapping sessions between Client teams

· Actively listening to identify misalignments in business concepts and data model structures

· Documenting business concepts from the client perspectives

· Capturing instances where similar business purposes are accomplished through different data structures.

· Collaborating with data governance team members to ensure consistency in documentation

· Creating clear documentation that enables resolution of conceptual discrepancies.

· Building a concept library that will support future affiliation efforts.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

· Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory skills

· Proven experience in data mapping or data analysis roles.

· Strong active listening skills with ability to identify conceptual differences and misalignments.

· Excellent documentation skills with ability to clearly articulate complex business concepts.

· Proficiency with SQL for understanding and querying data structures.

· Experience working with database structures and data models

Good to have skills

· Previous experience with healthcare data or health plan operations.

· Background in business analysis or requirements gathering.

· Experience supporting merger, acquisition, or affiliation activities.

· Familiarity with data governance practices and frameworks.
