Veero Ford & CDJR of Morris is growing and building a high-performance service department. We’re looking for a Lead Technician / Shop Foreman who can lead from the front, drive production, and help develop the team.

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily shop workflow and support dispatching
- Diagnose and handle complex repairs (gas diesel preferred)
- Mentor and develop technicians
- Drive shop productivity, efficiency, and quality
- Reduce comebacks and enforce process
- Work closely with service advisors and leadership
- Help build a strong, accountable culture
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years technician experience (Ford and/or CDJR preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills (electrical, drivability, diesel a plus)
- Leadership mindset — not just a technician
- Ability to train and hold others accountable
- Process-driven and organized
- Positive attitude — no excuses, team-first mentality
Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000 – $140,000 per year (based on experience & production)
- Up to $10K Signing Bonus for qualified candidates
