What You'll Do
- Represent our clients professionally in retail locations
- Engage with customers, identify their needs, and present relevant products and services
- Build rapport and develop positive customer relationships
- Learn and apply proven sales techniques through hands-on training and coaching
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and professional development sessions
- Develop leadership skills and, as performance allows, take on additional responsibilities
