Job Description:
This position cares for patients before, during and after angiography, interventional, angiographic cardiac catheterization procedures. This includes pre-procedure assessment, pre-medication, documentation of cath process, post-cath care, patient education. Scrubs in for procedures and assists other members of the cardiac catheterization laboratory.
Responsibilities
- (35%)* Performs nursing care of the catheterization/angiography patient.
- (35%)* Operates equipment, i.e., cardiac output, hemodynamic, pacemakers/ICDs, intraaortic balloon pump, etc. Transfers patients, stocks supplies and performs basic office procedures.
- (15%)* Scrubs in for procedures with the physician.
- (15%)* Records all pertinent information on appropriate data sheets.
Requirements:
- 2 years of Experience - Required
- BLS & ACLS (AHA) - Required
- Epic Experience - Preferred

- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
State License Requirements
- Michigan
Pay: $75.00 - $79.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
