The Product Delivery Manager III is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of software products, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business requirements. This role involves interpreting requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing testing activities, and validating software functionality to support successful product releases. The ideal candidate is an experienced product delivery professional with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, along with deep experience in software testing, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Review & Planning

  • Review and analyze functional and technical software requirements.
  • Translate requirements into clear test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies within product requirements and delivery timelines.

Software Testing & Validation

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software usability and functionality.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Analyze test results, ensuring accurate documentation of issues, defects, and database impacts.
  • Validate software behavior, data flows, and system interactions to confirm alignment with expected outcomes.

Quality Assurance & Reporting

  • Document test findings and prepare detailed reports related to software defects, performance issues, and overall test outcomes.
  • Communicate test results, risks, and recommendations to product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Track and manage defects through resolution, ensuring proper retesting and closure.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, business analysts, and design teams to clarify requirements and test expectations.
  • Support product delivery activities, release planning, and go-live readiness.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals.

Product Delivery & Continuous Improvement

  • Oversee delivery timelines, status tracking, and milestone achievement for assigned products.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in testing, documentation, and delivery workflows.
  • Contribute to best practices and standards related to product quality and delivery management.

Required QualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant profession, business discipline, or technical field
  • OR
  • an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.

Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in product delivery, quality assurance, software testing, product management, or related roles.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Ability to prepare and execute comprehensive test scenarios and usability tests.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially related to software quality and data impacts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and test management systems.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
