Job Description:
The Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment for positions. The Recruiter is responsible for accurate and timely scheduling of applicant interviews and applicable testing ensuring quality customer service is provided. Reviews applications and evaluates potential candidates for acceptance against the quality standards required to effectively build, increase, and maintain a qualified candidate pool.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR REQUIRED Master's Preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Previous Success in sourcing for candidates for healthcare positions.
- Experience communicating Effectively with a wide variety of applicants and customers.
- Experience making recruitment recommendations to management based on relevant, timely information.
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local laws applicable to the Washington Metro area
- Previous experience with applicant tracking systems required, experience with iCIMS.
- Advanced HRIS experience. Workday experience preferred
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $41.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
