About You
- You have 1-2 years of general litigation or strong judicial clerk experience, experience with antitrust matters is a plus;
- Strong research and advocacy writing skills required; experience with drafting complaints and motions, conducting discovery, taking depositions, appearing in federal and state courts and corresponding with opposing counsel and clients is a plus, not required;
- You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent);
- And you are admitted (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, Washington, D.C. and Virginia.
