Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) acts as a liaison between the customer, sales team, and production responding to customer inquiries concerning prospective, current, and previous orders. The successful candidate must be a quick learner with a strong attention to detail and possess a willingness to help others. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers by phone, email or in person about printing requirements, job status, estimates, orders, changes, shipping confirmation and complaints.
  • Coordinate and prepare quotes for the customer.
  • Process jobs and orders following customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals and shipping dates are met.
  • Effectively communicate with co-workers and management.
  • Seek out and communicate continuous improvement ideas.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor and cross train.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or one year of recent work-related experience or training.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to individuals or small groups including customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Good judgement of color, design, and print quality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work the full shift sitting and/or standing at a desk while using a computer.
  • Must be able to lift and or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally heavier loads.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
