Experience & Qualifications
· Minimum 12 years’ SAP experience in P2P roles, including 3 full lifecycle SAP MM implementations. Hands-on experience with procurement bolt-ons (e.g., in-house solutions, Infor Nexus, planning systems).
· Prior exposure to S/4HANA in the fashion or retail industry.
· Deep expertise in Purchasing, Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV), Pricing Procedures, Sales & Use Tax, and IDoc integrations.
· Proven track record liaising with senior leadership and managing stakeholder expectations.
· Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing is a plus.
· Demonstrated proficiency in industry best practices, translating advanced business requirements into technical design. Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills. Basic ABAP debugging experience is desirable.
Required Skills & Expertise
· Extensive knowledge of SAP P2P., MM integration within S/4HANA.
· Proven experience delivering complex interface solutions—from source systems through middleware into SAP.
· Strong business acumen in procurement and sales processes (P2P & O2C).
· Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into robust SAP solutions, balancing functional feasibility, cost, and compliance.
· Comfortable working in complex and dynamic environments, managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
· Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels of the organization.
