We are looking for a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager in Denver, CO.

Essential Functions:

  • Manages high-end corporate customers business needs and strategies, provides financial counseling, advice and expertise in complex loan structuring and strategic business planning.
  • Satisfies clients needs by cross selling appropriate products and designing a value driven package of products and services utilizing a full array of bank services.
  • Develops new relationships internally and externally.
  • Approves and/or recommends loan packages within assigned limits.
  • Manages credit portfolio, maintaining acceptable credit quality and loan profitability.
  • Maintains and enhances personal knowledge of bank products and services as well as the laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures appropriate to the position.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's and 6 years of directly related experience.
  • Frequently contributes to the development of new theories and methods.
  • Employs advanced knowledge as a generalist or specialist of credit associated lending, financial strategy and customer development.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $150,000 - $180,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
