VectorUSA is seeking an experienced Lead Access Control Technician to join our team. You’ll guide and be hands on with installations, mentor junior techs, and work on enterprise-scale security systems that keep people safe.

- Lead installation and service of enterprise access control systems (Identiv/Hirsch, HID, AMAG).
- Program and troubleshoot access control, visitor management, video, and intercom systems.
- Support sales engineers on site surveys and advise on system design.
- Oversee preventive maintenance checks and system upgrades.
- Provide guidance to junior technicians and ensure OSHA standards are met.
Must Have:
- 5 years’ experience in low-voltage security installations.
- 3 years programming & servicing access control systems (Hirsch, HID, AMAG).
- Strong low-voltage wiring, code knowledge, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read project drawings and use diagnostic software/tools.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD/Visio.
- Microsoft OS and Office experience.
- Previous team lead or mentoring experience.
