Schedule

·        Full-time, Monday–Friday, day shift

·        Occasional overtime as needed

What You’ll Do

·        Measure production parts on a regular basis to verify they conform to specification

·        Perform incoming and outgoing quality inspections and record results

·        Identify, document, and report nonconforming product and quality issues

·        Write, review, and update quality and production policies and procedures

·        Assist with the development and upkeep of OSHA policies and safety procedures

·        Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation

·        Work closely with production and management to support continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

·        High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or technical training a plus)

·        Quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred

·        Experience with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges preferred

·        Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

·        Strong attention to detail and good written communication skills

·        Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications (or willingness to learn)

·        Reliable, organized, and team-oriented

·        Familiarity with ISO 9001, OSHA, or quality systems is a plus

Physical Requirements

·        Stand and walk for extended periods

·        Lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed

·        Work in both a production environment and an office setting
