Quality Technician

2nd Shift Quality Technician | Fergus Falls, MN | Full-Time

Hours:

Monday – Thursday, 4 pm – 2:30 am, frequent OT on Fridays

In this role as a Quality Technician, you’ll audit products and processes across production, identify opportunities for improvement, investigate quality concerns, and lead corrective action initiatives that make a real impact. From raw materials to finished goods, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and elevating quality standards throughout our operation.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct audits throughout production and shipping areas
• Identify and manage non-conforming materials and products
• Create quality alerts, reports, and corrective actions
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving teams
• Help drive continuous improvement and product excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience with audits, quality systems, and corrective actions
• Ability to read blueprints and tolerances
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.)
• Experience in manufacturing quality or quality technician roles
• Vinyl window and door industry experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

This role is physically demanding and requires frequent standing, walking, repetitive movement, and heavy lifting throughout the shift. Candidates must be comfortable performing manual labor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
