What Do You Have
- Problem solver (ability to find solutions to problems)
- Conduct daily safety meetings (Ensuring that everyone is in compliance of safety rules and procedures)
- Independent thinker
- Team mindset
- Able to lead a crew of 2-4 team members to set up traffic control.
- Set-up construction work zones
- Operate company trucks and miscellaneous hand tools
- Load and unload equipment
- Conducts routine equipment maintenance and daily equipment inspections
- Complete daily logs
- Communicate problems
- Follow federal, state, local and company laws, rules, and regulations
- Travel to worksites throughout the Atlanta area

- Desired: 1-3 years traffic control work experience (ATSSA Flagger certification).
- You enjoy working outdoors.
- You can stand for extended periods of time and can meet other physical demands of the job.
- You have a clear current state driver’s license.
- Available to travel 100% of the time and work M-F (starting as early as 6:00 AM), plus overtime.
- Available to work weekends and nights when required and necessary.
