General Foreman

What do you have:

* Must be able to manage and schedule crews

* Must be willing to answer the phone at the client’s demand

* Must be good with excel and Microsoft

* Must have TCT and TCS certifications

* Must understand all traffic control and understand how to read TCP plans and implement them

* Keep and Maintain Customer Relationships

* Must be willing to travel during storm season

* Problem solver (ability to find solutions to problems)

* Conduct daily safety meetings (Ensuring that everyone is in compliance of safety rules and procedures)

* Independent thinker

* Team mindset

* Able to lead a team of 12 crews to set up traffic control.

* Set-up construction work zones

* Operate company trucks and miscellaneous hand tools

* Load and unload equipment

* Conducts routine equipment maintenance and daily equipment inspections

* Complete daily logs

* Communicate problems

* Follow federal, state, local and company laws, rules, and regulations

* Travel to worksites throughout the Columbus, Ohio and greater Ohio area

WHAT DO YOU HAVE?

* Desired: 5-7 years traffic control Leadership work experience (ATSSA Flagger certification).

* Required to have Advanced Certifications TCT and TCS

* You enjoy working outdoors.

* You can stand for extended periods of time and can meet other physical demands of the job.

* You have a clear current state driver’s license.

* Able to work in extreme weather conditions (hot or cold) when required and necessary.

* Available to travel 100% of the time and work M-F (starting as early as 6:00 AM), plus overtime.

* Available to work weekends and nights when required and necessary.
