General Foreman

What Do You Have

• Must be able to manage and schedule crews
• Must be willing to answer the phone at the client’s demand
• Must be good with excel and Microsoft
• Must have TCT and TCS certifications
• Must understand all traffic control and understand how to read TCP plans and implement them
• Keep and Maintain Customer Relationships
• Must be willing to travel during storm season
• Problem solver (ability to find solutions to problems)
• Conduct daily safety meetings (Ensuring that everyone is in compliance of safety rules and procedures)
• Independent thinker
• Team mindset
• Able to lead a team of 12 crews to set up traffic control.
• Set-up construction work zones
• Operate company trucks and miscellaneous hand tools
• Load and unload equipment
• Conducts routine equipment maintenance and daily equipment inspections
• Complete daily logs
• Communicate problems
• Follow federal, state, local and company laws, rules, and regulations
• Travel to worksites throughout the Columbus, Ohio and greater Ohio area
  
  

WHAT DO YOU HAVE?

• Desired: 5-7 years traffic control Leadership work experience (ATSSA Flagger certification).
• Required to have Advanced Certifications TCT and TCS
• You enjoy working outdoors.
• You can stand for extended periods of time and can meet other physical demands of the job.
• You have a clear current state driver’s license.
• Able to work in extreme weather conditions (hot or cold) when required and necessary.
• Available to travel 100% of the time and work M-F (starting as early as 6:00 AM), plus overtime.
• Available to work weekends and nights when required and necessary.
