We are looking for a motivated, self-driven structural engineer to join our Meridian team. Responsibilities
- Manage structural engineering projects from start to finish
- Perform structural calculations and prepare drawings
- Coordinate with internal team members and support project delivery
- Train and mentor less experienced engineers
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to the overall success of the team and office
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 3–10 years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in structural design
- Experience in structural design of steel structures
- Ability to work legally in the United States
- Ability to commute to Meridian, ID or relocate before starting work
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as RISA or RAM
- Experience working directly with clients and managing relationships
