Summary:
As the Administrative Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to department(s) by answering phones, scheduling appointments and/or meetings.
What You'll Do:

- Answer phones, schedule appointments and/or meetings, open and distribute mail, prepare outgoing correspondence, faxing, scanning, filing etc.
- Receives and screens visitors and/or telephone calls, providing general information regarding branch functions.
- Maintains supplies/marketing materials.
- Responsible for conference room/meeting schedules.
- Skillfully handles customer complaints and inquiries and escalates to District Management and other staff when warranted.
- Receives training and learns from others including a trainer, team leader and/or supervisor.
- Courteous, friendly, helpful. Professional at all times.
- May require the use of judgment, tact and sensitivity when interacting with others.
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess strong keying skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of computers and Microsoft office products.
