Project Administrator
The Project Administrator will perform logistical and administrative functions in support of a complex engineering and logistics effort. This will include reviewing, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating technical data involving numerous NNSA program offices, contractors and federal staff, and other Federal agencies.
Specific duties include:
- Provide project and logistical support to contractor staff which includes a Project Manager, Logisticians, Engineers, and Analysts.
- Provide project and logistical support to Federal client, Senior Executive Services (SES)-level, including calendar management, schedule coordination, and travel support.
- Prepare and develop correspondence, reports, memoranda, presentations, and other documents; plan and coordinate meetings; maintain files and records; assist staff with travel, reporting, correspondence, document review, technical writing, and technical editing.
- Serve as client representative including standing in for, coordinating, and administering meetings, responding to requests for information, and drafting correspondence.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Internet Explorer software.
- Strong technical/analytical background.
- Ability to learn new tasks and technical details quickly.
- Must have an active DOE Q Clearance or DOD TS Clearance.
Experience / Educational Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent practical experience.
Other Unique Requirements:
- Knowledge of the interfaces between DOE/NNSA programs, field sites, contractors, and other government agencies involved in weapons production, handling, and transportation. (preferred).
Salary : $54,300 - $68,800
