Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Representative role is based in Elkton, MD. The Sales Representative will demonstrate and promote CUTCO® products to prospective and existing customers, typically through scheduled appointments and in-person presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to leads, setting and confirming appointments, conducting product demonstrations, answering customer questions, and processing orders accurately. The role also involves following up with customers, seeking referrals, and maintaining organized records of sales activities and customer interactions. Sales Representatives receive training, coaching, and ongoing support to help them build product knowledge, sales skills, and long-term customer relationships.
