What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Rep - Paid Weekly - Part Time position at Vector Marketing?
Vector Marketing is currently holding virtual interviews for entry level sales rep positions. Our representatives sell Cutco products through one-on-one appointments that emphasize customer service. Our Cutco products are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Experience is not necessary because our training is designed to help people do well immediately.

What We Offer
We offer guaranteed base pay that is not tied to sales, allowing reps to focus on providing excellent customer service rather than feeling pressured to make a sale. We also offer a performance-based commission structure that increases based on career sales performance - not length of service or annual resets. Representatives are paid a base ($30.00 base-appt) or commission, whichever is higher that week. Even during slower weeks, reps are still paid for every qualified appointment they complete, regardless of sales results.
We teach our reps how to do well in this role before they start and offer continued support and additional training as time goes on. Reps who work here long term (even if they only work part time) can move along several different career paths including management and career sales professional.

Some work as much as possible while others choose to be super part time around other commitments such as classes, full time jobs, internships, vacations, holiday plans, or family commitments. - At least 18 years old or 17 and a HS Graduate
- Conditions apply
- Able to start - at least on a part time basis - within the next 7 - 10 days
