Role Description
This is a part time, on-site Outbound Appointment Setter role based in Canton, OH. The primary responsibilities include scheduling appointments for applicants to meet with our onboarding managers. This is done through outbound calls, many of which are cold calls. These appointments are designed to assist with the recruiting process for our sales rep roles. 10-20 hours a week.
Qualifications
- Comfortable talking on the phone. Could make 100 calls a day
- Comfortable following a script.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet assigned goals
- Comfortable working in an on-site team environment
- Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is a plus
- Able to commute to office.
