This is a part-time hybrid role for an Entry Level Customer Sales and Service Representative based in East Lansing, MI. Some work from home is acceptable. The representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experiences. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, resolving inquiries, and promoting CUTCO® products.
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in ensuring a positive Customer Experience and overall Customer Service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
