Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Tacoma, WA, is for a Property and Casualty Insurance Producer. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions, assessing client needs, and offering comprehensive insurance policies, including home, auto, and business coverage. The role requires generating new business through direct sales, networking, and lead generation, while ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Insurance Sales and knowledge in various Insurance products
- Proficient Communication abilities and excellent Customer Service skills
- Experience or understanding of Employee Benefits is advantageous
- Proven track record in building and managing client relationships
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
