What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Support Lead position at Vector CSP LLC?
Job Summary:
Responsible for oversight of all provisioning and inventory management activities performed on the contract. This role ensures deliverables are executed in accordance with the quality, scope, and performance standards outlined in the statement of work.
Essential Duties:
- Oversee supply planning, inventory management, material requisitioning, and distribution activities.
- Maintain accurate tracking of assets, materials, and consumables.
- Coordinate with internal teams for forecast material needs and mitigate shortages.
- Lead process improvement efforts to enhance responsiveness and transparency.
- Ensure compliance with established sourcing, documentation, and accountability standards.
- Provide high quality reporting, metrics, and communication to program leadership and external stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant certifications in supply chain or logistics management preferred.
Experience:
- 10 years in military supply support positions
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize supply tracking systems.
- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and maintain a customer-focused mindset.
Salary: The projected salary range for this position is $75,000-$150,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
