What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Professional, Journeyman (PMSS) position at Vector CSP LLC?
Job Summary:
This hybrid position provides administrative support for United Stated Coast Guard (USCG) Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) (CG-SEA-A2) Program Management Office (PMO).
Required Clearance: N/A
Education and Experience:
- 3 years of experience and a BA/BS degree
Essential Duties:
- Coordination of meetings/events, meeting support, meeting minutes
- Managing internal PMO processes
- Tracking program deliverables
- Communications and comms tracking
- Documentation capture, technical library management
- Coordinating data calls and information requests, program reporting
- Technical writing and editing
- Document routing
- Task tracking
- Briefings
- Assisting other activities as required to support the daily operation of a PMO
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Teams
- Must be able to perform all functional duties independently
The projected salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
