Full-Time Administrative Assistant, Appeals Department (In-Office)
Busy Workers' Compensation Defense Law Firm seeking computer literate, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant. Full time, in office position, with growth opportunity.
Description:
Provide administrative assistance to the Appeals Department. Tasks include, maintaining important deadlines and managing the Appeals Dept. calendar, professionally conducting telephone and email communication with attorneys and outside constituents, finalizing and filing documents, data entry, etc.
Qualifications:
Must be computer literate. Comfortable using various software applications.
Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail a must.
Must be able to multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Work in a fast-paced office environment.
Good working knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel.
