- Load, unload, and handle tools, materials, and equipment
- Perform manual labor including trenching, backfilling, and site cleanup
- Support fiber installation activities and handle materials with care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues immediately
- Work as part of a team to meet project timelines
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, outdoor work)
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
