Office Administrator / Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator
Full-Time | In-Office | Vacaville, CA

A growing electrical contractor in the Vacaville area is looking for an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Office Administrator to help keep our office, customers, technicians, and daily schedule running smoothly.

- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text
- Coordinate schedules with electricians and field technicians

- Follow up on estimates, appointments, and completed work
- Help resolve customer questions and concerns
- Maintain organized digital and paper records
- Assist with invoices, payments, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Create and schedule basic social media posts
- Help with customer reviews, email campaigns, promotions, and other marketing projects
- Update website or online business information when needed
- Assist management with reports, spreadsheets, filing, and special projects
- Help keep the office organized, stocked, and running efficiently
