Title: Oracle NetSuite Administrator
Location: North Andover, MA (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
Day to Day Job Duties:
- Support the configuration, development, and continued evolution of the NetSuite ERP system.
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and/or SuiteBuilder
- Customize and maintain forms, fields, reports, NetSuite dashboards, and save searches
- Implement and manage workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, and custom buttons/links
- Support data import process and migration.
- Maintain user access, roles, and rights, and implement appropriate controls and audits.
- Maintain system integrity, including monitoring integrations, scheduled scripts, and system logs
- Maintain master business data lists for reporting and integration
- Identify and implement process improvements through automation, new features, or configuration change
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.
- Minimum 5 years of core NetSuite modules such as Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Procure-to-Pay, CRM, or Projects.
- Minimum 5 Years hands on experience in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model.
- Minimum 5 years hands experience creating workflows, saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, and dashboards.
Nice to have:
- NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification (Suite Foundation Administrator).
- Experience with SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, or suite Analytics.
- Experience supporting integrations (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft).
- Solid understanding of NetSuite security models and user/role management.
