Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining integration strategies, ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and external systems, and driving best practices for scalable and secure integration solutions.
This role requires strong expertise in Workday integration tools, architecture design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in Workday Integrations (Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).
- Hands-on expertise in Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and data transformation techniques.
- Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Solid understanding of integration patterns (batch, real-time, event-driven).
- Experience in data mapping, data migration, and transformation.
- Knowledge of Workday security model and data privacy practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
Role Description Skills:
- Ability to design end-to-end integration architecture for Workday implementations
- Strong understanding of HR and Finance business processes
- Experience integrating Workday with ERP, CRM, payroll, and third-party systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead and mentor integration developers and consultants
- Experience in defining integration standards, governance, and best practices
