Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Services Specialist Level 1 (Associate) to support engineering design and project coordination for distribution facilities. This role will serve as a key point of contact for customer projects, ensuring timely communication, accurate design, and successful project delivery while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform work order assessments and complete distribution system designs
• Coordinate engineering projects with internal teams and operating units
• Develop resource estimates including labor, materials, and work type
• Evaluate distribution system capacity to support new customer loads
• Provide cost-effective designs while meeting customer requirements
• Manage project tracking, reporting, estimating, and negotiations
• Support permitting and engineering documentation activities
• Collaborate with internal departments to define customer requirements
• Participate in meetings, process improvements, and team support activities
• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout project lifecycle
• Support extended hours and storm duty requirements when needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in related field
  OR
• High School Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience
• Experience in one or more of the following:
• Utility or distribution systems
• Customer interaction and negotiation
• Electric power systems
• Strong skills in:
