Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for large-scale initiatives. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and the ability to coach, guide, and drive high-performing teams in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
<>Key Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate Agile practices using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
- Manage and drive large-scale Agile projects using SCRUM methodology.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure Agile ceremonies are effectively planned and executed.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and diverse work environments.
- Balance multiple priorities while ensuring delivery timelines and quality standards are met.
- Promote and implement industry best practices across development and delivery teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Proven experience in Agile Project Management.
- Hands-on experience leading large-scale projects using SCRUM.
- Bachelor s degree (4 years) in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated track record of implementing industry-standard development practices across varied work cultures and environments.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
One or more of the following:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Certified SAFe Agilist (SA)
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
- ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or equivalent Agile certifications
- Experience building and/or maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS).
- Experience with in-house tool development using Agile SCRUM methodology.
- Background in software development and/or software testing.
- Experience in Software Process Quality Assurance (SPQA).
