We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Business Analyst to support our Salesforce team in delivering scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. This role combines agile leadership with strong business analysis capabilities to ensure seamless collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Salesforce administration experience along with deep expertise in Jira and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive consistent delivery
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and sprint tasks using Jira
- Maintain detailed project documentation, requirements, and knowledge repositories in Confluence
- Perform Salesforce administrative activities including user management, security configurations, data management, and system setup
- Partner with stakeholders, architects, developers, and business teams to align requirements with technical execution
- Identify, track, and remove impediments to enable high-performing agile teams
- Coordinate UAT activities, support test case documentation, and assist with release and deployment processes
- Monitor project metrics, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst within Salesforce environments
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required
- Strong proficiency with Jira for agile project management and issue tracking
- Extensive experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, and best practices
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of data migration, system integrations, and API-based solutions
- Familiarity with AI/ML initiatives within Salesforce ecosystems
