We are seeking a CDP Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and activation of Customer Data Platform (CDP) use cases. This role will drive adoption and measurable business value by translating customer insights into impactful, omni channel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the CDP strategy, roadmap, and governance, driving adoption and ROI
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value use cases (personalization, churn reduction, campaign efficiency)
- Translate business goals into CDP capabilities including audience building, segmentation, targeting, personalization, and real-time activation
- Partner with brands and marketing teams to activate segmentation and campaign use cases
- Build and manage customer segments, predictive scoring models, churn models, and A/B testing
- Design and enable omnichannel customer experiences leveraging CDP data
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to define and track KPIs such as incremental revenue, engagement lift, and conversion rates
Key Requirements
- Strong business acumen with ability to connect customer insights to measurable business outcomes
- Experience in strategic planning including vision setting and governance frameworks
- Proven ability in use case prioritization and value-based decision making
- Hands-on experience with execution and deployment, partnering closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams
- Experience optimizing, scaling, and continuously evolving CDP capabilities and roadmap
