We are seeking a highly motivated ORT (Operational Readiness Testing) Analyst to support large-scale, cross-functional system implementation and operational readiness initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills who can effectively collaborate with both business and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ORT planning, execution, tracking, and reporting activities across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment on milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and status updates.
- Define and document ORT entry and exit criteria.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Utilize JIRA and Qmetry to manage testing activities, defects, and reporting.
- Consolidate and analyze data to provide actionable insights and operational updates.
- Support process documentation, reporting enhancements, and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree required.
- 6-10 years of experience in operational readiness, project coordination, reporting, testing support, or business operations.
- Strong experience with:
- PowerPoint
- Excel
- JIRA
- System implementations
- Executive-level reporting
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) or enterprise implementation programs.
- Familiarity with Qmetry or similar testing management tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale business or IT transformation initiatives.
